Strawberry Foeder Fiend

This fiendish wild ale was aged for six months in our hand-made wooden foeders. Brewed with strawberries and fresh strawberry juice, along with a mixed-yeast we propagated in-house, this fiend showcases flavors of strawberries with a hint of fig and white wine, with just a light sweetness that lets the wonderful sour notes shine around funky Brett aromas.
