  • Our Draft Beer

    Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

    • Hati
      7% ABV 109 IBU $6 Imperial Pint/5oz pour $3

      Our 3RD collaboration with the Mighty Amon Amarth! Inspired from the song “Skoll and Hati” from their newest album Berserker. Skoll and Hati were vicious wolves born of Fenrir. In North Mythology, they chased the sun and the moon creating night and day. For HATI, The Hater, who chases the Moon, we brewed a HAZY IPA – A very hoppy unfiltered IPA with loads of tropical and citrus aromas and flavors including pineapple, mango, lemongrass and grapefruit.

    • Skoll
      8.5% ABV 41 IBU $6 Snifter / 5oz Pour $3

      Our second collaboration with the Mighty Amon Amarth. Inspired from the song “Skoll and Hati from their newest album BerserkerFor Skoll, The Mocker, who chases the Sun we brewed an Imperial Porter brewed with honey and aged on oak, cocoa nibs, chipotle and guajillo peppers. 

    • Speed Castle
      5.6 ABV 47 IBUs $6 Stein / 5oz pour $2

      A pilsner named after our favorite White Castle and Speedway located a mere 2 blocks from the brewery. This crisp, refreshing lager was brewed with a single hop variety, Spalter Select, a relatively newer hop(1993) bred at the Hull institute in Germany. The particular hops we used are unique due to the fact they are still “wet” or fresh. They have not been dried and pelletized. Instead they were picked fresh and processed in a way that the fresh hop character is preserved.

    • Stone Feathers
      10.5 ABV 40 IBUs $7 7oz Pour

      This massive, warming ale is the third brew from our stone tanks. We used a classic Abbey ale yeast to create spicy esters and phenols like banana, anise and clove to pair with the rich malt and brown sugar notes.

      7.2% ABV 92 IBU $7 Imperial Pint / 5oz pour $3

      The new combination of American hops in this enigmatic IPA is an instant classic. The very fruity and may we say juicy hop character is unrelentingly delicious.

    • WarPigs Salmon Pants
      5.3% ABV 60 IBU $6 Stein/5oz pour $3

      A hoppy lager bursting with citrus, melon and grape notes. A light body and dry finish. Created by 3 Floyds + Mikkeller at WarPigs Brewpub Copenhagen and brewed stateside by WarPigs Brewing USA.

      LazerSnake is a good old-fashioned Indiana Pale Ale. Special Bavarian hops and Indiana malt give LazerSnake its smooth non-filtered appeal to all craft beer and macro enthusiasts.

      Big Wig, No Wig or Comb Over. Wigsplitter is an oatmeal stout brewed with freshly ground espresso. It's for those of us who like a little beer with their coffee or a little bit of coffee with their beer. *Contains Lactose Sugar*

        From the dawn of time, humans have looked to the sky for answers. Space Station Middle Finger replies to all from its eternal orbit. Behold and enjoy Space Station Middle Finger, a bright golden American Pale Ale.

      A huge, sweet Barley Wine with complex caramel malt notes, balanced by generous hopping and a high alcohol content. This fruity and malty beer is best enjoyed while keeping warm in the brutal winter months. January release.

      An American wheat ale brewed with white wheat and dry hopped with hand-selected hops from the Yakima Valley. Bright and refreshing with a lemony finish.

FAQs

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis. You also can check wait times and get on the waitlist via the Yelp app or mobile site (link above). When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes, people under 21 are welcome till 11pm. All patrons at 11pm and later must be 21+.

Please note: Due to state law, we can't seat parties with minors at or near the bar. As a result, any wait time may be slightly longer because we have fewer tables to choose from. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my dog?

Hell yeah. Well-behaved descendants of wolves are welcome on the patio (weather permitting). Please note that we're only serving drinks on the patio right now.

What kind of identification do I need to get into the brewpub?

We ID all of our patrons. Only valid U.S. driver's licenses, state IDs, military IDs and passports are accepted. If you are visiting us from outside the U.S., please bring your valid passport for identification. We do not accept any paper temporary IDs.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

No, but you can wait on the patio if it's open and there's room. If we're on a wait, we're not able to offer standing room at the bar because we're at the maximum capacity allowed for our space.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the waitlist?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available. You also can check wait times and get on the waitlist via the NoWait app.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

Some of our dishes may be vegetarian or vegan or can be made so. Please ask your server, or submit questions to the brewpub via our Contact page.
