Brewpub

Chefs Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyds beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.

  • Our Draft Beer

Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

This spicy and bracing Belgian style pale ale is dedicated to those warriors that truly stack and stab in the heat of battle.

    • Yum Yum
      5.5% ABV 63 IBU $5 Imperial Pint

Welcome to flavor country. This Pale Ale has just the right malt backbone to support an explosive juicy hop profile. Derived from a new blend of proprietary hops. We hope you’ll enjoy it. Cheers!

From the dawn of time, humans have looked to the sky for answers. Space Station Middle Finger replies to all from its eternal orbit. Behold and enjoy Space Station Middle Finger, a bright golden American Pale Ale.

    • Deesko

A Munster-style Berliner Weiss. Tart, refreshing, and perfect for summer

    • Arctic Panzer Wolf

    Guest Drafts
    • 18th Street Villain
      9.2% ABV $5 Snifter

I the undersigned do hereby pledge my undying thirst to this hoppy concoction of malt, water, and yeast. By drinking this Double IPA, I agree that the contract is sealed, and Villain's fiendish deed shall be done

    • Triton Ale Pacino
      6.2% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

From the warped minds that brought you the Grimace Purple IPA. Join us to toast the end of the election season with the second annual tapping of this unique brown ale made with brown sugar, cocoa, lactose sugar and Limelight Coffee Roaster’s espresso beans!

    • Burn ’Em Come Alt Me Bruh
      8.3% ABV $5 Half Pint

We took a traditional German style Altbier and turned it into a Double Altbier- slightly smoky.

    • Victory Oatmeal Porter with Hazelnut
      6% ABV $5 Half Pint

The final introduction of their Blackboard series. Aroma is all hazelnut, strong. Flavor is similar with some roasted and chocolate notes from the porter base. Smooth mouthfeel.

    • Sun King Ring of Dingle
      7.3% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

Ring of Dingle is named after a scenic road network in Ireland that starts in the city of Dingle and eventually loops back, returning to Dingle. Ring of Dingle is as dark as night. It has a surprisingly light body and a thick, creamy head. It’s flavor is rich and roasty with a clean dry finish.

    • New Belgium Lips of Faith - Clutch
      9% ABV $6 Tulip

Pure rock fury meets Belgian-style brewed folly in this collaboration with Maryland hard-rockers, Clutch. A pronounced bass line of dark chocolate, coffee and black malts bridge the sourness of our dark wood ale for a fluid riff.

    • Ballast Point Calm Before The Storm
      5.5% ABV $5 Snifter

A coffee ale with a touch of cream. Calm Before the Storm came from a quest for a warm weather alternative to our Victory at Sea Imperial Porter. Like its more robust cousin, we infuse a punch of flavor using cold brewed Caffé Calabria coffee and a hint of vanilla. But this time, we added it to a lighter-bodied golden cream ale. The end result is a surprisingly bright, coffee-forward beer that’s perfectly refreshing.

    • Boneyard Bone-A-Fide
      5.5% ABV 38 IBU $5 Imperial Pint

This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Cascade, Centennial & Chinook. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a "hop head", hop on!!!

    • Founders Imperial Stout
      10.5% ABV $5 Snifter

A fine companion to end a meal or relax in front of the hearth with, this robust ale will cellar well for years. Brewed with ten varieties of malted barley this stout is extremely smooth, complex and rich in body.

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to enter the brewpub?

Individuals under the age of 21 are allowed in the pub before 11PM. All pub patrons there at 11 PM and later must be 21+.

What kind of identification do I need to get into the brewpub?

We I.D. all of our patrons. Only Driver's license, State I.D., Military I.D., and Passports are accepted. If you are visiting us from outside the U.S., please bring your passport for your identification.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Three Floyds appreciates your patience and understanding regarding this policy.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

To maintain the flow of the pub, we are not able to offer standing room at the bar. If we are on a wait, it usually means that we are at the maximum capacity allowed for our space. We apologize if this seems inconvenient, but we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the wait list?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

We are a meat-focused restaurant, but some of our dishes can be made into vegetarian or vegan options. If you have any dietary questions, you can ask your server or submit questions to Brewpub on our Contact page.

Are you open on (insert holiday name here)?

The brewpub is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
