Brewpub

Chefs Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyds beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.

  • Our Draft Beer

Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

      9% ABV $5 Half Pint

      Imperial red IPA.

    • Epic Escape To Colorado IPA
      6.2% ABV $5 Half Pint

Epic Brewing has been making high-strength beers in the land of low-strength (Utah). Rather than expand their operations there, they chose to open a 2nd brewery in a more encouraging state, Colorado. This is their first batch of beer brewed here in Denver. Big, fruity hop aromas.

    • Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale
      8.5% ABV $5 Tulip

Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy.

    • Great Divide Hibernation Ale
      8.7% ABV $5 Snifter

English-style Old Ale. Hibernation Ale is Colorado’s original strong ale -- it has been Great Divide’s winter seasonal each year since 1995. Hibernation’s massive flavors are so intense that it requires over three months of aging each year.

    • Sierra Nevada Narwhal Imperial Stout
      10.2% ABV $5 Snifter

This malt-forward monster is bold – with notes of baker’s cocoa, molasses, and dark roasted coffee. This massive imperial stout is incredibly complex, rich, and intense and will develop in the bottle for years to come.

    • Left Hand Fade To Black Vol. 5: Black Rye Ale
      7.8% ABV $5 Half Pint

This dark brew envelopes your nose with aromas of dark coffee, maple wood and hints of dark agave nectar. The flavor is an intense evolution that starts off with nut bread flowing into molasses followed by a taste of licorice. This lands on spicy rye notes all before being washed away by earthy hop, leaving behind a slight black pepper sensation.

    • Dark Horse One Oatmeal Stout
      8% ABV $5 Half Pint

Number one in a series of five stouts produced for the fall and winter seasons. This beer is full bodied with hints of chocolate, roasted barley, coffee flavors and a nice creamy head.

Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and sweetened imported chocolates, Sumatra and Kona coffee. Breakfast Stout has an intense fresh roasted coffee nose topped with a cinnamon colored frothy head that seems to never fade and makes you wish breakfast could last forever.

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to enter the brewpub?

Individuals under the age of 21 are allowed in the pub before 11PM. All pub patrons there at 11 PM and later must be 21+.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Three Floyds appreciates your patience and understanding regarding this policy.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

To maintain the flow of the pub, we are not able to offer standing room at the bar. If we are on a wait, it usually means that we are at the maximum capacity allowed for our space. We apologize if this seems inconvenient, but we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the wait list?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

We are a meat-focused restaurant, but some of our dishes can be made into vegetarian or vegan options. If you have any dietary questions, you can ask your server or submit questions to Brewpub on our Contact page.

Are you open on (insert holiday name here)?

The brewpub is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
