Chefs Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyds beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.

  • Our Draft Beer

    Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

    • Rock Forest
      5.7% ABV 34 IBU $5 Stein

      This under darkian smoked lager is as bright as the magnificent glowing boulders in the stone forest. Brewed with water from the cenote. It will refresh the needing adventurers.

    • Black Flame
      12% ABV $7 Snifter

      The Black Flame- (La Flama Negro) It burns brights for those who care to notice. It takes a true beer lover to stray from the norm and experience real flavor. If you can't handle the black flame, you can't handle adventure. Made in conjunction with Mikkeller.

      This Belgian-Gnomish style ale is as great as your garden gnome, but with strawberries essence.

      A Munster-style Berliner Weiss. Tart, refreshing, and perfect for summer.

      32 IBU 8% ABV $5 Half Pint

      noun – A recording technique in which a sound or message is recorded backward onto a track that is meant to be played forward. An oatmeal stout.

      13.8% ABV $7 Perception

      Three Floyds' 15th Anniversary beer. A blend of Dark Lord, Surly Darkness, De Struise Black Albert, and Mikkeller Beer Geek Brunch.

      This Franco-Belgian style Farmhouse Ale has an effervescent body and a light straw color. Rabbid Rabbit, with its light malt body, augmented by spices, is a complex and frothy beverage with a deceptively high alcohol content.

      This refreshing continental-style pils has a light body combined with a pronounced noble hop aroma and a crisp dry finish. This is the perfect beer for easy, flavorful drinking. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jinx Proof tattoo in Washington, D.C.

    • Behemoth
      80 IBU 10.5% ABV $5 Snifter

      A huge, sweet Barley Wine with complex caramel malt notes, balanced by generous hopping and a high alcohol content. This fruity and malty beer is best enjoyed while keeping warm in the brutal winter months. January release.

      68 IBU 6.66% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      A bold yet balanced American Pale Ale with slight caramel sweetness and aggressive citrus hoppiness. This is our flagship beer.

      An American wheat beer with a refreshing, crisp citrus finish. This delicious session beer is brewed with boatloads of Amarillo hops.

      This intensely hopped and gushing undead Pale Ale will be one's only respite after the zombie apocalypse. Created with our marvelous friends in the comic industry.

Tours are offered on Saturdays. Tours will be held at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30. Sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis and you can sign up with our door guy on the day of the tour.

The pub will be closing at Midnight on Friday, April 24th.

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to enter the brewpub?

Individuals under the age of 21 are allowed in the pub before 11PM. All pub patrons there at 11 PM and later must be 21+.

What kind of identification do I need to get into the brewpub?

We I.D. all of our patrons. Only Driver's license, State I.D., Military I.D., and Passports are accepted. If you are visiting us from outside the U.S., please bring your passport for your identification.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Three Floyds appreciates your patience and understanding regarding this policy.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

To maintain the flow of the pub, we are not able to offer standing room at the bar. If we are on a wait, it usually means that we are at the maximum capacity allowed for our space. We apologize if this seems inconvenient, but we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the wait list?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

We are a meat-focused restaurant, but some of our dishes can be made into vegetarian or vegan options. If you have any dietary questions, you can ask your server or submit questions to Brewpub on our Contact page.

Are you open on (insert holiday name here)?

The brewpub is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
