Chefs Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyds beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.

  • Our Draft Beer

    Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

      9.2% ABV 15 IBU $6 Snifter

      Japanese style lager brewed with Sake and Kolsch yeast.

    • Cool Breeze
      6% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      Brewed by our brewer Adam and named non de guerre (aka war name) this Region pre-prohibition lager is truly a cool breeze.

      10.4% ABV $9 Snifter

      The fifth beer made with our brew buddies, Mikkeller. A big and ballsy, tasty Barley wine following the same path as the previous “Goops” made available. This time with corn taking over the throne.

      5.5% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      Welcome to flavor country. This Pale Ale has just the right malt backbone to support an explosive juicy hop profile. Derived from a new blend of proprietary hops. We hope you’ll enjoy it. Cheers!

      This refreshing continental-style pils has a light body combined with a pronounced noble hop aroma and a crisp dry finish. This is the perfect beer for easy, flavorful drinking. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jinx Proof tattoo in Washington, D.C.

      A bold yet balanced American Pale Ale with slight caramel sweetness and aggressive citrus hoppiness. This is our flagship beer.

      A smooth, medium-bodied session beer with bright citrus hop aroma and finish. Our interpretation of an American Mild Ale.

      An American wheat beer with a refreshing, crisp citrus finish. This delicious session beer is brewed with boatloads of Amarillo hops.

      50 IBU 6.2% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      This intensely hopped and gushing undead Pale Ale will be one's only respite after the zombie apocalypse. Created with our marvelous friends in the comic industry.

      A massive IPA that will leave your palate its hapless victim. Scorched earth is our brewery policy.

    • Great Divide Fresh Hop Pale Ale
      6.1% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      Fresh Hop is an American-style pale ale with moderate hop bitterness marked by a unique and intensely grassy hop flavor and aroma. Fresh Hop is a superbly refreshing, medium bodied, light-copper colored pale ale.

    • Hitachino Nest White Ale
      5.5% ABV $5 Tulip

      Hitachino Nest White Ale is brewed in the tradition of a Belgian style white beer with coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and orange juice.

    • Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier Märzen
      5.1% ABV $6 Stein

      Bamberg’s speciality, a dark, bottom fermented smokebeer, brewed with Original Schlenkerla Smokemalt from the Schlenkerla maltings and tapped according to old tradition directly from the gravity-fed oakwood cask in the historical brewery tavern.

    • Dark Horse Scotty Karate Scotch Ale
      9.75% ABV $5 Half Pint

      Smells like A fresh caramel apple with a hint of cinnamon inside of cranberry shortbread. Or maybe fresh home made hard candy. Flavor: Tastes like a smokey chocolate chip cookie, wild roadside cherry-asparagus, woody, crispy leaf on a fall day.

    • Oskar Blues Ten FIDY
      10.5% ABV $6 Snifter

      This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. Ten FIDY is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops.

      5.6% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      Osiris blends three choice varieties of American hops to create a spicy, citrus hop punch that is sure to satisfy any hop head. Every batch of Osiris is dry-hopped towards the end of fermentation for maximum hop flavor, aroma and character.

Tours are offered on Saturdays. Tours will be held at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, 4:30, and 5:30. Sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis and you can sign up with our door guy on the day of the tour.*

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to enter the brewpub?

Individuals under the age of 21 are allowed in the pub before 11PM. All pub patrons there at 11 PM and later must be 21+.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Three Floyds appreciates your patience and understanding regarding this policy.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

To maintain the flow of the pub, we are not able to offer standing room at the bar. If we are on a wait, it usually means that we are at the maximum capacity allowed for our space. We apologize if this seems inconvenient, but we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the wait list?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

We are a meat-focused restaurant, but some of our dishes can be made into vegetarian or vegan options. If you have any dietary questions, you can ask your server or submit questions to Brewpub on our Contact page.

Are you open on (insert holiday name here)?

The brewpub is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
