Chefs Pat Niebling and Scout Hughes roll out a new menu each season featuring ingredients from local farms and 3 Floyds beers. The pub also serves up our flagship beers along with seasonal and pub-only brews.

  • Our Draft Beer

    Our drafts are brewed here on premises and poured with care into specific glassware chosen by our brewmaster to best accentuate the aromas and flavors, and appropriate to the style. A proper head on all beer is imperative to release aromatics and protect flavor. Allow for 1-3″ of perfect foam, depending on style. ABV: Alcohol by volume IBU: International Bitterness Units (Indicates hop bitterness)

    • Evil Elf
      8% ABV 49 IBU $5 Tulip

      Our ode to Orval. Originally borne in the late 90s out of an old grundy tank and poured out of yee olde tap room. This modern version was brewed with a hand selected Belgian ale yeast and conditioned with Brettanomyces to achieve that distinct pineapple cherry pie yeast character.

    • LazerSnake
      7% ABV 55 IBU $5 Imperial Pint

      LazerSnake is a good old fashioned Indiana Pale Ale. Brewed with Special Bavarian hops that give LazerSnake it's smooth non-filtered appeal to all craft beer and macro enthusiasts.

    • Quaanto
      12.5% ABV 100 IBUs $6 Perception

      There's nothing like Quaanto... except more Quaanto.  A triple IPA.

    • Perched Atop the Denim Throne
      7.7% ABV 80 IBU $5 Half Pint

      This American Amber IPA(coming off the turnbuckle at 80ibu and 7.7%ABV) was brewed as a tribute to our favorite fallen Heros in the squared circle. Gone too soon are: "The American Dream", Mr Perfect, The Ultimate Warrior, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Andre the Giant, Macho Man, Miss Elizabeth, Ravishing Rick Rude, Owen Hart, The Von Erichs, Paul Bearer and The Junkyard Dog.

      7.7% ABV $5 Half Pint

      Big Wig, No Wig or Comb Over. Wigsplitter is an oatmeal stout brewed with freshly ground espresso. It's for those of us who like a little beer with their coffee or a little bit of coffee with their beer

      Welcome to flavor country. This Pale Ale has just the right malt backbone to support an explosive juicy hop profile. Derived from a new blend of proprietary hops. We hope you’ll enjoy it. Cheers!

      8.1% ABV 103 IBU $5 Snifter

      This double IPA will make you want to grow a mullet (if you don’t already have one) and go to war (if you haven't already).

    • Arctic Panzer Wolf
      100 IBU 9% ABV $5 Snifter

      A massive IPA that will leave your palate its hapless victim. Scorched earth is our brewery policy.

    • Zombie Dust
      50 IBU 6.2% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      This intensely hopped and gushing undead Pale Ale will be one's only respite after the zombie apocalypse. Created with our marvelous friends in the comic industry.

    • Dreadnaught IPA
      100 IBU 9.5% ABV $5 Half Pint

      An Imperial India Pale Ale with an intense citrus hop aroma, a huge malt body and a crisp finish.

    • Robert the Bruce
      24 IBU 6.5% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      A full-bodied Scottish-style Ale with a well-rounded malty profile and roasted biscuit-like notes.

    • Gumballhead
      35 IBU 5.6% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      An American wheat beer with a refreshing, crisp citrus finish. This delicious session beer is brewed with boatloads of Amarillo hops.

    • Alpha King
      68 IBU 6.66% ABV $5 Imperial Pint

      A bold yet balanced American Pale Ale with slight caramel sweetness and aggressive citrus hoppiness. This is our flagship beer.

    • 18th Street Bitches Bank
      9.5% ABV $5 Snifter

      This sweet, roasty beast of a RIS is brewed with cocao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla. To this we added a TON of Rye Malt, giving it some very beautiful spicy notes.

    • Amager / Jester King Danish Metal
      10% ABV $6 Snifter

      We took the original version of Jester King’s Black Metal - the one with a British ale yeast - and gave it a bit of a Danish spin. Hence Danish Metal was born. It’s rich and potent and powerful - just like a Texas steak.

    • Victory Kirsch Gose
      4.7% ABV $5 Tulip

      A bold and bright step outside the norm, this new twist on an old-world German brewing process excites your senses with the sharp and sweet burst of fresh cherries. Effervescent and sublime, this session ale has an enticing and satisfying cherry fruit character.

    • Southern Tier Choklat Oranj
      10% ABV $5 Snifter

      Choklat Oranj is a stout brewed with chocolate and orange peels, opaque black in color, and a delicious dessert beer.

    • Warpigs Lazurite
      6.8% ABV 70 IBU $5 Imperial Pint

      Lazurite is a bright and juicy IPA at 70 IBUs and 6.8% ABV. It's one of WarPigs' brewpub flagship beers brewed in collaboration at 3 Floyds. Kyle Wolak, their Head Brewer, joined us here in Munster to forge this tasty brew!

    • Great Divide Old Ruffian
      10.27% ABV $5 Snifter

      Old Ruffian is a hefty, hop-forward Barley Wine. Seemingly mellow at first sniff, with its subtle fruit aromas and complex caramel sweetness, this deep mahogany-hued ale quickly shows its true character marked by bold hop flavors and massive hop bitterness. Old Ruffian’s rich, slightly creamy, caramel malt mouthfeel balances its grapefruit, pine, and floral hop flavors, working wonders on your palate.

FAQs

Do I need to be 21+ to enter the brewpub?

Individuals under the age of 21 are allowed in the pub before 11PM. All pub patrons there at 11 PM and later must be 21+.

What kind of identification do I need to get into the brewpub?

We I.D. all of our patrons. Only Driver's license, State I.D., Military I.D., and Passports are accepted. If you are visiting us from outside the U.S., please bring your passport for your identification.

What about tours? How old do I have to be to take the tours?

All guests on tours must be 21+.

Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately we do not. Seating is prioritized on a first come, first served basis. When there is a wait, we try to get you seated as quickly as possible. Three Floyds appreciates your patience and understanding regarding this policy.

Can I stand in the bar area while I wait for my table?

To maintain the flow of the pub, we are not able to offer standing room at the bar. If we are on a wait, it usually means that we are at the maximum capacity allowed for our space. We apologize if this seems inconvenient, but we cannot make exceptions to this rule.

I just want to sit at the bar. Do I still need to put my name on the wait list?

To better control the time it takes to be seated, our hosts will seat both the bar and pub tables as space becomes available.

If I can’t stand at the bar, can I buy a couple beers from the Beers To Go Kiosk and drink them in the parking lot?

Sorry folks! We understand that sometimes the wait is long, but we are not zoned for that. Please do not drink beers in the parking lot. If you are found drinking outside of the pub, your entire party will be asked to leave.

We’re going to eat, but might have some friends coming for beers later. Will we all be able to sit together?

Due to our limited seating capacity, we ask our patrons to know the size of their party when putting their name on the list so we can sit them at a proper table. Late additions may not always be able to join the seated party.

Do you offer anything vegetarian?

We are a meat-focused restaurant, but some of our dishes can be made into vegetarian or vegan options. If you have any dietary questions, you can ask your server or submit questions to Brewpub on our Contact page.

Are you open on (insert holiday name here)?

The brewpub is closed on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
