Hop Selection

Wednesday, October 6th, 2010

Every Fall during the hop harvest, we journey to the Pacific Northwest to select lots of hops to fill our hop contracts for the upcoming year.  Most of the hops grown in the US are grown in Yakima, Washington.  Below are videos from Roy Farms at their hop processing facilities, hop selection at Brewer’s Supply Group, and hop selection and warehousing at Hop Union.
