BrooDoo in the tanks

Yesterday we made Broodoo, our fresh hop/wet hop beer.  We had four huge boxes like this overnighted from Yakima.silo 005 (Large)

    Wish we could get 3F in Missouri! Cannot WAIT for DLD 2010. Counting the days! In the meantime, I drive to Johnny’s Side Bar in Collinsville, IL to get Bruce on draught and Randall’s in Fairfiew Heights, IL to get bottles. Love your fine brews!
